China Market Sales Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven China Market Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our business in the Chinese market. This role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and strengthening our brand presence among Chinese e-commerce sellers and logistics partners.
The China Market Sales Manager will act as a key bridge between our UK operations and Chinese customers, ensuring smooth communication, tailored service solutions, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s market share in China.

Identify, approach, and onboard new Chinese clients (cross-border e-commerce sellers, brands, and logistics partners).

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing account management and support.

Serve as the main point of contact between Chinese customers and internal teams (warehouse, operations, finance, and customer service).

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in China.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Represent the company in online meetings, exhibitions, and business events related to the China market.

Ensure customer feedback is collected and translated into service improvement actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

Strong understanding of the Chinese market and customer behavior.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken).

Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel between the UK and China if required.
